How it works
Two ways in. Same standard.
Route one
Individual gifting
Step 1: Choose
Filter the catalogue by moment, budget and format. Digital lands fast; physical lands harder.
Step 2: Personalise
Write the note yourself. Add a branded card or packaging if the moment calls for it.
Step 3: Request
Send us the request from the gift page. We confirm options, lead times and pricing.
Step 4: Delivery
Digital gifts are delivered by email. Physical gifts are packed and shipped once we have a confirmed address.
Today “request” means a real person at Gift on Cue picks it up. There is no self-serve checkout yet, and we do not collect recipient addresses automatically — we agree the safest way to get them with you.
Route two
Team and program gifting
Step 1: Define the moment
Which moments matter and who owns them.
Step 2: Choose the catalogue
A short approved list with budget bands.
Step 3: Customise
Logo, cards, packaging and note templates.
Step 4: Launch
Individual sends or a bulk campaign to a schedule.
Step 5: Measure
We report on what was sent, where and when.
“Measure” means a report from us, produced by us. An in-product analytics dashboard is a planned platform capability.
